The addition of the Gray Puksand MBS office in Brisbane compliments the existing Gray Puksand offices in Melbourne and Sydney, establishing a strong east coast network for the organisation of over 70 staff. The MBS Architects practice was founded by John Richard Hall in 1864 and the merger with Gray Puksand ensures the continuity of the one of the oldest architectural firms in Australia with expertise in commercial, educational, aged care, retail and interiors and workspace projects.
Gray Puksand MBS have been involved in a significant number of major and prestigious commercial projects in recent years. Our practice is experienced in all construction methods and recognises the need to maintain total control of the project to avoid unnecessary delays and major cost over-runs. To achieve this level of control, it is our policy to maintain representation at Director or Partner level, with all major decisions and client contact made at this level. The Director/Partner is aided by Senior and Architectural support staff.
From our wide experience we can ascertain clients’ requirements and consequently, can organise our design team to produce concepts that meet those requirements. We have always been conscious of costs and are committed to keeping costs within a client’s budget. We regularly review projects to ensure clients’ requirements and expectations are met.
