Peter joined the practice in 1980 under the stewardship of the then Directors practising as Perry Bland Kennerson as a Senior Project Architect, and became directly responsible for a number of major projects. Such projects included the Australian Airlines (now Qantas) Ground Facilities Buildings at Brisbane Airport, Gladstone Hospital, Brisbane Club Tower and MBF House.

Peter became a Partner (Director) in 1994.

He has been involved in a wide variety of project types inclusive of High Rise Office Buildings, Airport Facilities, Hospitality, Commercial Office Fitout, Retail and Aged Care and continues to service a wide ranging clientele primarily within the Corporate and Retail sectors.
