Robert's primary roles at Gray Puksand are client services and design partner. As a founding partner of Gray Puksand, Robert has been responsible for relationship management with a numerous key corporate clients.

A design partner for the firm, Robert is responsible for monitoring and guiding the standard of work produced, as well as adopting the principal designer role for key tasks, including development projects, interiors / branding strategies for corporate clients, high profile interior design and accommodation environments for large space users.

He has a deep commitment to the importance of high quality, professional services, as evidenced in his roles as a Councillor for the Australian Institute of Architects from 2007 to 2010, editor and writer for various publications including Architect Victoria journal, and the development of organisational structures, innovation and training within Gray Puksand.
