Arundel site is 17.3ha of land that currently has 14 Independent Living Units, 10 Bed Dementia Care and 38 Bed Hostel. The proposal was to design a new
12 Bed High Care facility.

The first floor has the activities rooms indoor and covered outdoor, commercial laundry to cater for the whole site, new maintenance workshops and stores and a short term guest accommodation unit. This guest unit was a innovative idea by
Gray Puksand which allows families to stay on site to visit their family member or it can be used to look after a family member requiring nursing care while the family rejuvenate with a holiday, time out from day to day care.

The second floor has the 12 beds with common dining and lounge areas. The development will collect rainwater to flush toilets and irrigation.

We have received a Development Consent for the 12 Beds facility.
