As part of the Aspire Schools Consortium Gray Puksand were engaged to undertake Masterplanning, Design & Documentation services for 6 new Primary Schools on greenfield sites within recent residential subdivisions throughout Greater Brisbane.

This significant capital works project has been designed to permit each school to be delivered over two stages, in response to projected enrolment increases. Upon completion in 2014, it will provide state of the art learning facilities for approximately 6000 students, across a total new facility area in excess of 50,000sqm.

In response to increasing emphasis on providing well designed and energy efficient learning spaces, all schools have successfully incorporated environmentally sustainable strategies which has resulted in several being successful in achieving a 4 or 5 Star Greenstar Rating under the GBCA Education Design Tool.
