Baulderstone challenged Gray Puksand to design their new workspace to reflect the culture of a stable yet innovative organisation that is renowned for its ability to deliver on complex projects.

The materials and forms were chosen specifically. Concrete is solid, dependable, reliable. Circles are stable and self centring. Metal panels are easily adapted, good conductors, and can be reinvented. These materials reflect Baulderstoneís secure and dynamic nature.

The design also responds to their excellent staff culture by providing a ëclubhouseí so that site staff are able to feel equally at home as office based staff. It was vital to the success of the project that this space becomes home to one and all.
