The King Street Residential development is located at the intersection of King and Rosslyn Streets in West Melbourne.
The development proposes a multi-storey, 33 unit residential block including a retail tenancy at King Street and basement carpark for tenants. The building is designed to celebrate West Melbourne’s warehouse character and heritage. The façade features a series of simple, economical pre-cast concrete panels with subtle variations in colour and window placement between individual units.
The building would set a new standard for accommodation and ESD principals not currently provided in West Melbourne.
