Over 40 years we have been involved in numerous projects at one of the largest facilities operated by Masonic Care Queensland at Sandgate,
North of Brisbane.
The site comprises a wide range of Retirement and Aged Care services and facilities including 460 bed high and low care, 50 bed special care (dementia) and 16 independent living units.

There are 50 beds split into
two 15 bed and two 10 bed houses surrounding a common therapy / community building and courtyards.
Seperating the administrative services to the entry building assists in providing a home-like therapeutic atmosphere.
 

Independent Living Units

Over 3 years and in 4 stages we provided 16 attached In dependant Living Units that are sited with their own street addresses while the residents enjoy the facilities and services of the adjacent Nursing Home complex.
