The proposal was to design
4 buildings on the existing Sandgate site.
This site is over 5.2ha in size with 530 beds across varying Aged Care levels, Nursing Homes, Special Care, Hostels and Independent Living Units. The buildings were broken up into a 150 bed Dementia Nursing Home and 3 towers comprising of independent living units.

The scheme was to provide new technology in Aged Care facilities and implement ESD principles.
