Providing a restrained yet confident presence on the ever busy Springvale Road was the brief provided to Gray Puksand.

Nexus Corporate Park is positioned at the prominent corner between Springvale and Dunlop Roads in Mulgrave, and has been designed to represent a glass crystal projecting from its protective metal cladding. No. 2 and No. 4 Nexus Court both provide a restrained and elegant form that works with simple geometric shapes.

They are designed to emphasise a sophisticated corporate image, with a double height entry space that extends into the lift core creating quality visual and physical links and visible activity to the upper levels. These two buildings that are part of the Nexus Corporate Park set the tone and quality of the future buildings on the site. The buildings were conceived as a crystal form projecting out of its protective metal cladding.

A double height entry lobby chiselled out of the skin and glass extends into the lift core that creates physical links and visible activity to the upper levels. The buildings have achieved 4 star Green Star and 4.5 NABERS ratings.
