A Concept Master Plan for a new mixed-use precinct envisions a lasting legacy for Canberra’s Hellenic Club.

Gray Puksand’s Concept Master Plan for The Hellenic Club of Canberra envisions a world class entertainment, dining, office and cultural precinct for the nation’s capital.

The design proposal seeks to maximise the site’s development potential through a traditional classical architecture that sits comfortably with the civic identity of Canberra’s cityscape.

At the heart of the proposed development is a new Social Club offering high quality member facilities, seizing the opportunity to create a 5-Star experience that positions the site as a premium Canberra entertainment destination.

The Agora, a dedicated wintergarden space, creates a lasting legacy for the The Hellenic Club through a civic contribution that reinforces a positive association between the Greek and wider cosmopolitan Canberra communities.

A place where cultural traditions can be continued and shared with others.

The objectives of the Woden Town Centre Master Plan and its aspirations for the site were key considerations during the design process.
