A dynamic leader and collaborator, he offers extensive expertise in client engagement, project briefing, design leadership, and business development.

As Senior Associate, Luke is driving Gray Puksand’s strategic entry into the Residential Living sector, starting in Melbourne and expanding nationally. His approach addresses broader societal issues by tackling housing shortages, supporting aging in place, fostering community, and advancing sustainable design responses to climate challenges. With deep knowledge of materiality, constructability, and the impact of design on human experience, Luke delivers people-focused solutions that balance innovation and practicality. His transparent leadership style encourages collaboration, guiding teams and clients to outstanding results.

Outside of work, Luke serves on the board of the Castlemaine State Festival, Australia's oldest and largest regional arts festival. He also pursues sustainable, off-grid living, developing a regenerative farm in regional Victoria with his partner.
