We’re thrilled to be able to officially announce a fresh, new look for our practice as we embark on our next phase of architectural and design excellence.

Proud to be a leading Australian practice after three decades, we have sought to embody a modern look that appropriately reflects our values of placing people first, cultivating collective intelligence, leading with design and inspiring with integrity.

We know that cultivating new and improved design starts with fostering an inclusive working environment for our people – this includes staff, clients and the many project-partners we collaborate with on a daily basis.

Committed to creating meaningful change for our people and our planet, we are proud to announce our newly unveiled Corporate Social Responsibility Plan, in an aim to increase diversity and inclusion, cultivating workplace culture reflective of the modern and everchanging needs of our Australian society.

Driven by the three pillars of People, Planet and Community, our new CSR Framework sees affirmative action plans put in place until 2030, that will see us invest further in achieving equity across all levels, all disciplines and all regions we have impact.

“The past two years in particular has heightened the importance of family and balance. Celebrating 30 years was an incredible milestone for our practice. It was also a time that enabled us to reflect on the many changes we’ve experienced as a society over the years,” says our Founding Partner, Robert Puksand.

“At Gray Puksand, we pride ourselves on our people and creating a space where all can feel supported, want to come to work and find enjoyment in their job. Our new reforms have been informed by the needs of our people, and truly celebrate our diverse workforce which we plan to grow.”

Our major goals include increasing female representation within the Senior Partner Group from 25 to 50% within the coming years, as we also introduce extended opportunities for LGBTIQ+, Culturally Linguistically Diverse groups and Mature and Young aged recruits to develop not only as key members of our practice, but as key players in our industry.

In an industry-first, we are pleased to offer a recognised gold-standard policy for paid parental, offering up to 18 weeks paid leave for both parents.

As we look ahead to our next 30 years of success, we welcome you to join with us in celebrating Gray Puksand’s new look and reinvigorated commitment in fostering design excellence and collective intelligence through our most valuable resource – our people.
